Ordering and contract

You can place an order through the online store. An order is binding for both parties when we have sent an order confirmation, subject to any obvious errors. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in DKK and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any additional costs are shown before you complete the order. Payment is processed through the payment method selected at checkout.

These terms may be updated when necessary. The version in force at the time of your order applies. The agreement is governed by Danish law, while mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
