Delivery options and prices

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and the exact delivery price are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Free standard delivery applies to orders over DKK 490 where this is available for the selected destination.

Order processing

We process orders on business days. When your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive the available tracking information by email.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. If no delivery period has been agreed, the order will normally be delivered within 30 days.

Delays and missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number. We will help investigate the shipment and find the best solution.
